Pelvis and Perineum

The anatomic reconstruction is generally directed towards both the male and female genitalia. Local tissue arrangement generally provides the source of the reconstruction to be performed. Specialized reconstruction include the male urethra and the penis and in the female the vagina. The cause of the problem can be congenital, infection, trauma or tumour.
